New Car!

We finally got a new car! It has been really nice to have a van and have all the room. Now that we have a bigger car Nick is thinking about letting me have another baby! YAHOO!!
To celebrate the buying of our new car we decided that we would take it on a road trip. We took the kids to Portland to see my family. It was so fun, and even better... we were able to put Nolan in the way back and not have to listen to him talk our ears off for 8 hours! We had so much fun in Portland. We got to go to the mall, see my brothers new house and eat at a really fun 50's diner, we went to IKEA I have missed that store. We visited with old friends and even had a girls night, and Nick went on a much needed guys night. It was nice to see old friends again, you know they are your real friends when you can go and pick up where you left off and that is just how it was. It was also nice to spend time with my mom. We have really missed her. She made us delicious food and loved on the kids. I love the relationship that my kids have with her. They love her so much. I love to watch her and Nolan talk, they could talk for hours they are best friends and it just melts my heart. We were sad to go but are looking forward to a family reunion this summer at the coast!
