catching up...again

Long Beach WA. 2009

For labor day my awesome brother and his family invited us to go to long beach Washington to stay at a time share it was beautiful. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen area. Nick and I thought we would like to live there it was SO nice. We had lots of fun around town. There were a lot of cool little gift shops and statues that we had fun taking pictures with. It rained a lot but living in Portland we were used to that. My brother and Nick wanted to go swimming but I forgot to pack Nicks swim suit so he called down to the main desk and asked if they had any that he could rent ( I know only Nick would ask that) The girl at the front desk said no.. but they had some disposable ones for 2 dollars so he thought uhh....ok and he went down to check it out. It turns out that is was a swim diaper and that just wasn't going to work out so he went white trash like and swam in his jean shorts. OH how I love him he is so easy going about everything. We had an awesome time. Nolan got lots of playtime in with his cousins which was nice for me he was always entertained. We ate lots of yummy food, found a candy shop, got face paint for the kids, went on a wagon ride and met Jake the half human half alligator. It was a great weekend getaway we would love to do it again.
